Old Timbers Cottage

Old Timbers Cottage is a very attractive 16th century period family home with original beams and log fires. It is situated in the picturesque village of Upper Farringdon, within the South Downs National Park in an area of Outstanding Beauty. Chawton village the home of Jane Austin is 2 miles away, the beautiful historical city of Winchester is 25 minutes away and Portsmouth the home of "ships" 35 minutes away and several National Trust homes  are close by.

It easily accessed and in close proximity to the A3 ,M3 and M25. Old Timbers has "off street parking", and is 3 miles from Alton's mainline station , and there is secure storage for cycles.

The comfortable accommodation comprises of a Double  Room  with private facilities and one Single Room with private facilities. Breakfast is served every morning and includes delicious cooked food , home made bread , jams , marmalade and locally sauced produce.

Within 150 metres there is a traditional pub serving great home made food.

Price including breakfast - £ 70 for 2 people , £45 for single occupancy. £37 50 for the single room.
